First row to the sea, with a heated pool overlooking the blue sea and pine trees – ideal for spring and autumn stays. The villa spans three floors connected by an external staircase, each fully equipped as a separate apartment for complete privacy. On the ground floor is a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom, and a large terrace with access to the courtyard. The first and second floors have the same layout: two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom, suitable for 4+2 people. All rooms have SAT/TV and air conditioning. Outside is a glazed kitchen with an oven, stove, washing machine, fridge, and extra toilet, as well as a pool area with an outdoor shower, dining space, gas grill, and jet ski.
