You can only select periods that are available. If the selected period is available, you can proceed to choose your payment method. You can confirm your reservation immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reservation details \u2013 review your selection and click \u201cContinue\u201d. Enter your personal and contact details, as well as the number of adults and children in your group. If you have any additional requests, you can also add a message. You can view the general rental terms by clicking on the corresponding link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required (unless otherwise stated). A security deposit for potential damages is payable in cash upon arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure. Any potential damage will be deducted from the security deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have selected bank transfer as your deposit payment method, you will receive an email containing all the details of your reservation and further payment instructions. To complete your reservation, you must follow the instructions provided in the email. Payment must be made within the next 3 business days. If payment has not been received within this period, we will contact you, and your reservation may be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- The remaining 70% (unless otherwise stated) is due no later than 30 (thirty) days before arrival if payment is made by credit card or bank transfer. If cash payment is selected (in properties where this option is available and indicated on the NOMA 22 d.o.o. website), the remaining 70% is due immediately upon the guest\u2019s arrival, and the guest is obliged to pay the remaining amount immediately to the owner or the agency. Electronic payment at the property (credit cards \/ PayPal) is not available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
