Legal Basis for Data Processing
We collect and process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
• Performance of a contract: For the purpose of processing accommodation reservations, facilitating services, and communicating with you.
• Legal obligation: In accordance with the Hospitality and Catering Industry Act and the Tourist Tax Act of the Republic of Croatia, NOMA 22 d.o.o. is legally required to collect specific guest information (full name, date of birth, and identification document details) in order to register guests in the national tourist registration system, eVisitor.
PROTECTION OF YOUR IDENTITY
NOMA 22 d.o.o. does not disclose the identity of its users unless explicitly consented to by the user or required by a binding order from a judicial authority of the Republic of Croatia.
DATA RETENTION PERIODS
Retention Period for Personal Data
Personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
• Data collected for the purpose of processing reservations and inquiries is deleted once that purpose has been fulfilled, with the exception of data that must be retained due to a legal obligation.
• Data processed in the context of legal obligations (accounting documents, invoices, eVisitor records) are retained in accordance with the statutory retention periods of the Republic of Croatia (e.g., accounting records and invoices are kept for 11 years).
SERVER STATISTICS
We continuously analyze website visit statistics to improve service availability and the quality of provided information. These records do not contain personal user data and do not allow visitor identification.

The NOMA 22 website contains links to other websites and social networks. Please note that NOMA 22 is not responsible for privacy protection on those sites.
