Terms of Use – Rules and Guidelines
After selecting your preferred accommodation unit, choose your dates and length of stay in the calendar. You can only select periods that are available. If the selected period is available, you can proceed to choose your payment method. You can confirm your reservation immediately.
Reservation details – review your selection and click “Continue”. Enter your personal and contact details, as well as the number of adults and children in your group. If you have any additional requests, you can also add a message. You can view the general rental terms by clicking on the corresponding link.

Payment Method
Review all reservation details and select your preferred payment method. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required (unless otherwise stated). A security deposit for potential damages is payable in cash upon arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure. Any potential damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
For the 30% advance payment (unless otherwise stated), please choose one of the following payment methods:
- • Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Google Pay, Apple Pay
- Bank transfer
Please note that if you use your credit card for the deposit, the reservation will be considered confirmed, and you will then receive a confirmation by email.
If you have selected bank transfer as your deposit payment method, you will receive an email containing all the details of your reservation and further payment instructions. To complete your reservation, you must follow the instructions provided in the email. Payment must be made within the next 3 business days. If payment has not been received within this period, we will contact you, and your reservation may be cancelled.
- The remaining 70% (unless otherwise stated) is due no later than 30 (thirty) days before arrival if payment is made by credit card or bank transfer. If cash payment is selected (in properties where this option is available and indicated on the NOMA 22 d.o.o. website), the remaining 70% is due immediately upon the guest’s arrival, and the guest is obliged to pay the remaining amount immediately to the owner or the agency. Electronic payment at the property (credit cards / PayPal) is not available.
All prices include VAT and tourist tax for all members of your group.

Worldline is a secure system for online, real-time payments, supporting credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods.
Online Payment Security Statement
The entry and transmission of personal data and credit card information are protected by the highest security standards, provided by the Worldline online card authorization system, in compliance with the requirements of card issuers and card brands, as well as PCI DSS standards. Credit card authorization and processing are carried out in real-time using the Worldline system. At no point is card information accessible to NOMA 22 d.o.o., nor is it stored on our servers.
Izjava o konverziji valute (Conversion Statement)
All payments will be processed in euros (€). When your credit card is charged, the amount is converted into your local currency based on the exchange rate set by the card associations (Visa/Mastercard) or your card-issuing bank. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference in the final price compared to the original price displayed on our website.
Reservation Confirmation
After making an online payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by email. You can use this confirmation as a voucher.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your payment, you must contact us within 24 hours by email at info@noma22.com and explain the reasons for the cancellation.
